PREPAYMENT / CARD ON FILE
All new clients scheduling their first visit & existing clients booking online are required to prepay for their appointment at the time of booking. This can be done through our online booking system or by phone at (206) 414-9283. Existing clients booking by text, phone or in person require a credit card on file but do not require prepayment.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE
48 hours notice is required for cancellations and rescheduling. If the appointment is canceled/rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice, or if the appointment is missed, the full appointment fee will be charged.
EARLY ARRIVAL
To preserve the integrity of our private/semi private client experience, please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you are running late, please call/text (206) 414-9283. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in shortened treatment time or cancelling your appointment. Canceled appointments will be charged the full cost for the services originally booked.
GUESTS
As a semi-private personal services studio, space is limited. We are unfortunately unable to accommodate guests at this time.
